Q. Where do I pick up my badge?
A. You can pick up your badge at the registration desk located in the foyer of the Warwick Hotel on Sunday, 20 November prior to the Opening Reception or in the morning of the 21st at Geneva Hospital.
For security purposes, all attendees are asked to wear their name badge received at registration to all events during the Conference. Attendees without a name badge will be asked to obtain a new one from the registration desk.

Q. Is there an age limit at the HIMSS Europe CIO Summit?
A. Yes, all registrants (including spouses or guests) must be 18 years of age or older to attend the HIMSS Europe CIO Summit.
Q. Do I need to be registered for the conference before I can book my hotel at the HIMSS Europe CIO Summit rate?
A. No, but it is highly recommended that you register for both your hotel and conference registrations at the same time. Once you have registered for the conference, please proceed to the hotel and travel page. Please add applicable link

Passport valid for three months after intended period of stay required by all nationals referred to in the chart above except:
1. Nationals of the EU, holding a valid national identity card, providing not taking up employment, for stays of up to three months;
2. Nationals of Austria, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Portugal and Spain with normal passports, expired for up to five years, providing not taking up employment, for stays of up to three months;
3. Nationals of Germany with passports expired for up to one year.
Visas:
Not required by all nationals referred to in the chart above for stays of up to three months.
Visa Note:
(a) Tourists and business visitors who travel repeatedly to Switzerland but stay less than three months each time must apply for a residence permit if their total stay exceeds six months within a period of 12 months.
(b) Nationals not referred to in the chart above are advised to contact the embassy to check visa requirements.

Q. If I do need a visa, who do I contact to receive my Letter of Invitation?
A. To receive an official Letter of Invitation, please register and pay for the conference and then email The HIMSS Europe help desk via e-mail at HITLeadershipSummit@himss.org ,HIMSS can only provide a Letter of Invitation and proof of conference registration, we are not able to apply for a Visa on your behalf.

Cancellation before 20 October 2011 – € 100.00 administrative fee
Cancellation after 20 October 2011 - 100% of the registration fee will be forfeited.
